Random Facts:
♣ Was born and raised in West Chester by his parents Kimberly and Allen Vaughn. His mother was a stay-at-home mom and his father is an academy-award nominated actor. Most known for his roles in Watchmen, Little Children, Nightmare On Elm Street (2010) and the FOX television-drama Human Target.
♣ His mother Kimberly was murdered when Tucker was turning thirteen years old. She was murdered by her own brother, Allister, after being held hostage and raped. The story went that Allister went to Kimberly for help with being attracted to young girls, trying to 'better himself' and set his life straight. When Kimberly suggested that Allister get some sort of mental help for his problems, he allegedly flipped out, dragged her from the home she shared with her husband and her sons, and left Pennsylvania. Days later, Kimberly's body was found in White River Junction, Vermont violated and maimed. To this day his mother's death effects Tucker, but he's tried to move on from it. He often visits her grave site in West Chester to bring flowers or just talk to her.
♣ Tucker has never met Allister, but has said if he ever does meet him and he's alive, he'll kill him himself for what he did to his mother. Though the stories say that Allister may be dead, on the run, or even in prison, but nobody truly knows the whereabouts of the man.
♣ Has been the best friends with davidsons since first grade. They meet on the playground at Hillsdale Elementary School, both boys having a crush on the same little girl. The two boys ultimately would end up becoming friends and have been friends ever since after bonding over X-Men. Tucker considers Davidson a brother to him.
♣ Tucker's dad re-married when he was sixteen, marrying a woman named Michelle Thomas. Originally Tucker was bitter over the idea of having a step-mother but has warmed up to Michelle over the past almost two years. When his dad's on the set or working, he either stays at home with his step mother, his baby brother Cooper who's just turning 2 this year, and his step-sister Carolyn, or he stays with his older brother Mitch, who also lives in West Chester. He's close to his family even if he and his step-sister fight all the time. He still likes her despite how much they argue. He's exceptionally close to his big brother, though, and classifies him as a best friend more than just a brother.
♣ To this day, though, Tucker is incredibly close to his father. He loves and idolizes his dad and one day wants to pursue acting like he did. But for now he's okay just watching from afar, going to the occasional premiere with his dad, and just seeing how everything works like that. It's really cool to him.
♣ Tucker is a bit of a spastic individual. He's jumpy, nervous, and kind of awkward a lot of the time.
♣ He's on medication that helps him sleep since he often has horrible nightmares which, psychologists and his doctor believe, spawn from the trauma of his mother's murder. He was diagnosed with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) when he was fourteen and has been on the medication since. He takes anti-depressants that not only are there to help try to keep him calm but suppress REM-sleep, which is when you dream. Sometimes though he still has extremely vivid nightmares that keep him up for days. As he gets older though, the dreams seem to not be as terrifying, almost as if he's growing out of them. He can never make out the face of the person in his dreams but he never really talks about it. He just thinks he's all fucked up due to his childhood so he avoids it almost entirely.
♣ He's a big time sugar/caffeine addict. He always is drinking coffee, energy drinks, or just something with a lot of sugar in it. It could also explain why he's so damn jumpy.
♣ He tries to stay active and actually enjoys going to West Chester East. He plays sports at school and is in a couple of clubs. He's not super popular but he's also not exactly un-popular, either. He's got a fair share of people who don't really like him but he tends to focus on the good side of things rather than the bad. A lot of people just don't like him because he's an athlete, which Tucker finds to be entirely ridiculous. He just tends to let people think what they want and he goes about his day just as he normally would.
♣ When he's not committed to a school function, Tucker is a big fan of going to shows, going to the movies, hanging out with friends, skateboarding occasionally, hiking, swimming, spending time with his best friend, traveling, road trips, and things of that nature. He also works at Spencer's at King of Prussia Mall part time just for spending cash so he doesn't need to ask his dad for money. He's independent enough to provide his own income, despite his dad making sure he has money and is taken care of.
♣ Has had a crush on the same girl since grade school but has never told her. He's dated girls but never done any relationships that have lasted. Probably because the one girl he's always liked he kind of is afraid to tell.
♣ Even though he's kind of a spaz, he's a good kid. Usually the only time he really freaks out is when people sneak up on him. Then it's just a downright disaster. But honestly he's a pretty cool person if you can get past that slightly paranoid exterior. He's a big time joker and just loves to have a good time, laugh and enjoy himself. When he starts getting to know you or if he already is familiar with you, he's extremely talkative and quite witty.
